Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Number of Openings: Multiple

Job Location: HITEC City, Kondapur, Telangana, India

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent to meet hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate from a recognized university.

Experience Required: Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
